In the spring of 2014, Franchise Business Review conducted an extensive, system-wide, survey of our franchisees. Here are some important statistics which demonstrate the strength of the East of Chicago Pizza franchise:

 

40 40% of our franchisees have been in the System for 10 years or Longer – we support longevity and growth in all of our relationships with Franchisees. 50 Almost 50% of our franchisees are currently considering investing in additional East of Chicago franchises – we want you to grow with us and be part of the development of the brand we care so much about. 90 94% of our locations are based in markets with a population under 100,000, showing the effectiveness of East of Chicago to work in most markets without reliance on an overly large population base. 97 97% of East of Chicago Franchisees rated the training and support to be as they expected or better, after completing the franchise training programs.
100 100% of Franchisees rated the East of Chicago management team as being knowledgeable and experienced providing effective support to Franchisees. 975 97.5% of East of Chicago Franchisees rated the system as being effective in using technology to manage the franchise operations. Our system’s infrastructure utilizes the necessary technology to position East of Chicago for future success in management and franchising. 97597.5% of East of Chicago Franchisees responded they trust and respect the Franchisor and 100% of Franchisees responded that they believe the Franchisor acts with a High Degree of Honesty and Integrity – we take enormous pride in our relationships with all of our franchisees. 94 Over 90% of East of Chicago Franchisees stated that with the Franchise, their opportunity for long-term Financial Growth is what they expected or exceeded expectations with the Franchise Model.
